So last year, me and Alex were thinking of ideas for shows to pitch to snapchat when shoogie/hootendow wanted to help, immediately pitching us "William and the Worm", an idea that both me and Alex weren't super into, but shoogie was persistent and I eventually fell in love with the characters when we started writing them.

I storyboarded a 4 minute animatic and submitted that along with episode ideas and concept art, and of course snapchat didn't want it, so now we're either gonna make it as a webseries, or try pitching to adult swim or netflix or something. Either way, in these trying times I've been wanting to just animate my own characters, and for now I felt the itch to do something with these two, because the pilot being unfinished bothered me I guess. I will eventually animate the pilot, but probably not until after Gripp. I feel like I could do a few more shorts with these characters before the end of the year though, I've already got some more ideas.
