Reduce 2 - Part II

Welcome everyone!

This is the second part of the adventure with all of the characters in the entire saga (a total of 20 characters or more - because active fans add to the animation!!!). Reduce 2 is a big challenge for our heroes and they are susceptible to not only physical wounds, but also can suffer mental wounds... they can break down and even change completely under the influence of the perverse mother nature...

This animation has a lot of details (in quality: HIGH gives a 'high' probability that it will not run smoothly), so we have the most effective solution - choosing the method: MEDIUM (default) - can prevent lag, as well as the experimental (automatic) solution - we know it's not 'perfect', so please be understanding and don't write malicious comments on this topic.

We divided Reduce 2 into two parts because it turned out that Adobe Animate has limitations: "16,000 frames: When targeting Flash Player, exceeding this limit causes the movie playback to stop. While most developers never reach this limit, it is possible..." - we also experienced it.

Me and my brother would like to especially thank the voice actors who gave voice to our heroes in Reduce 2, so... thank you very much :)

This project took us 'some' time, namely we worked on it from 22 September 2018 to 26 June 2020, so I hope you guys like it :)

Please recommend this animation for an individual SERIES...

Don't forget to vote :P

Greetings from all the team...

Alright, getting close to see what happened before they are "reduced" in size, this is gonna be interesting

Mejson responds:

In the project we are working on - Reduce 2 - Pass of Time (addition) will be a lot explained :) By the way, this animation was not supposed to be too long, but it came out as always XD Animation has 12 scenes planned (each around a minute), so it can be up to 15 minutes XD So it will be long animation :P

what happened to God-DL? did he die?

Mejson responds:

God-DL? Well... for now I can't reveal... but I promise you'll find out in Reduce 2 - Pass of Time :P It's both the first and the last addition to Reduce 2. :)
Thanks for your comment!

Feels weird to be tooting my own horn, but I find this work top-notch, and a huge step ahead further from the predecessors.

Much more ambitious animations were employed for this episode as a whole (but definitely more on the latter), again the voice-acting has matured well, and further expansion into the nature of the crisis that our protagonists are going through... Along with an ending scene that will most certainly turn the situation over its head.

I feel as though there are not that many works with similar circumstances that deal with the consequences of survival like Reduce does either - the need to persist may be extremely dire, but it just isn't going to go the way you think it will if you're not of the right mind, and especially if you weren't prepared to do stuff like this in the first place (reminds me of Train to Busan, a zombie movie where the heroes area bunch of regular civilians who have no true apocalypse experience [nor the weapons you usually see in them]).

I eagerly await working on the next installment, Mejson and co. It sure looks like many others are thinking the same.

Mejson responds:

It's nice to hear that you feel our development too :)

I must admit that there were intresting moments in Reduce 2 - Part I, but they are more ambitious in this part, maybe because it was initially one animation, so in Reduce 2 - Part I the situation is just getting started. Yes, voice-acting and internal character changes are heading in the right direction.

Yes, as always you are right, but does the viewer expect it? I noticed that hardly anyone has time here (NG) recently to get caught up in such a deep story.

Me too! Thanks my friend for the honest comment!

Voice acting certainly improved! Keep it up ;)

Mejson responds:

Yes of course! I won't rest on my laurels! :P

Working on this film was a fantastic adventure. :)
Mejson is an extraordinary artist and director.
Thanks to him I was able to understand my character so well and identify with him.
I think dubbing for Reduce 2 is my magnum opus. :)
Thanks to Mejson for this role.
It was an honor!

Mejson responds:

You wrote it amazingly... I'm impressed :)
For me too, Zip!
