Barney the Dinosaur does a PSA on Black Lives Matter.
Commentary:
This was loosely based on an actual experience... Well, three of them... Several years ago.
It's more like he's trying to do a PSA but gets interrupted by his own kidney stone. Also, I thought he was going to pull an "I can't breathe" joke when he was suffering but in the end he didn't.
Sounds closer to goofy than barney.

If it wasn't exaggerated it wouldn't be as funny. That is called a parody. And I'm guessing you are more familiar with the newer Barney. Because the old Barney was a redneck retard.
