Barney the Dinosaur does a PSA on Black Lives Matter.
Commentary:
This was loosely based on an actual experience... Well, three of them... Several years ago.
It's more like he's trying to do a PSA but gets interrupted by his own kidney stone. Also, I thought he was going to pull an "I can't breathe" joke when he was suffering but in the end he didn't.
Sounds closer to goofy than barney.
