That went by so fast I couldn't even analyze your technique, and frankly what you animated didn't impress me much. Don't know the show you're referencing, but I suspect even a hardcore fan would have a hard time recognizing the genre.
Maybe use colour to draw the eye where you want viewers to look, because for something tagged as a joke/meme I couldn't find the punchline. What I remember most are squiggly lines and what might have been a hand puppet, but I won't be hitting replay to refresh my memory.
