Okay for a 30 second game.
Final Project for CIS 125 course at Southwestern College.
Let me know what you think :)
Okay for a 30 second game.
Seems like there are a lot of these adventure style games with very little depth.
I'm guessing you're all part of the same school class.
The bat was pretty cute, and the adventure was pretty brief.
The compass was a nice touch.
Overall the "classic maze escape" wasn't particularly innovative.
I would have liked to have had a reason for being in the cave, then let me explore and try to find my way out after the fact.
I found the directional flipping to be a bit confusing, even with the compass.
Maybe allow me to turn and move, rather than simply doing a combined turn-move when clicking on an arrow.
The warning to "be careful when entering a new area" is funny as you have 0 way to actually be careful.
I hope you work more on this, or use what you learned from this to make something better.
