King of FreeCell

Play FreeCell solitaire in this polished version of the classic card game. Move all cards to the piles on the right grouped by suit and ordered from ace to king. On the board you can stack cards from King to Ace while alternating suit colors. Use the 4 free cells if you need space to move cards.

Nostalgia!

Game works.
Not original, but then we wouldn't know the Free Cell rules if it were.
Is it better than the free version included with Windows? No.

Some things to consider:
The suit does matter. Not just the color.
It is very helpful to know if that's the 4 of hearts or diamonds (for example) before digging down to it. Especially when trying to minimize moves.
Putting the suit to the right of the number, or exposing more of the card, would allow players to see into a pile. This is a game of strategy, not memorization.

Sometimes when trying to find a solution, you end up making a mistake, or making a move too soon. The undo button is very helpful. Figuring that was what the circle arrow meant: I clicked it and ended my first game when it reset.

A warning before resetting the game would be nice also.

Big plus IMO: sound starts as off instead of on. An adjustable sound level would also be good.

Nice work, and I hope to see more from you.

:)

You have to add in an undo button. But I can finally understand the rules of FreeCell and why I could only move a certain amount of cards depending on how many cards are by the side (of the screen).
