I dont know. I animate the work of other artists on the coub and wallpaper engine and make video content. However, it makes no difference to me if I upload the animation in .gif or .mp4, just the second one is easier and I noticed the loop option here. But if you tell it a doesn't match to category - ok i change it to Art section.
