  • You can now skip tutorial
  • ​Move camera with WASD or ARROW KEYS
  • First enemies are spawned 3 seconds after level is loaded, so you have time to look around
  • You can restart level if you finished with two or one star


Towers: Land Crash


Towers is pixel art tower defense game, where you must build towers to protect yourself from fearless orcs, evil wizards and twisted knights.


Game includes 20 levels.


This was just small project in Unity for me. I wanted to make something simple and I'm kinda happy, how the game looks like in the end.

Nice game! I like that the game save automatically and allow you to continue the game later, I also like the game ambience.

Things you could add :
- Speed buttons (really easy to do with Unity)
- Health bar instead of text
- Restart button
- Towers focusing the furthest enemy

Good game! Clear, colourful graphics. As others pointed out, though, perhaps some polishing would make it even better! Some of my suggestions:

- A button for skipping the tutorial
- A little more time before the level begins, so the player can check out the field of play
- A Restart Level option in the pause menu
- Perhaps asdw or arrows for scrolling the screen
- Keyboard shortcuts (ex. 1 2 3 4 for each tower etc)

It's a decent concept, but it needs a lot more refinement. On the third level, I felt like I was getting trolled because there are several tower slots you can place towers where the bullets will always miss the enemy. This isn't fun trying to guess where you might even be able to damage the enemies, let alone kill them.

It kinda sucks, that you felt trolled.
I made basic towers shoot slowly, so they sometimes miss and you can´t win every level on first try. And I want players to go back sometimes with upgrades and try level one more time.

Decent enough in concept, but I was finding a few times that things I cliekd on (such as buildings) didn't register.
Also, there was something in the tutorial about right click to move the screen around the map? That didn't at all for me.
I'd also add that even if a mission is passed, it would be better to have a "replay" button for those who want to try to do better and get more stars.

EDIT: You suggest using the middle mouse button? I use a Mac. I don't HAVE a middle mouse button. I'd call that a problem with the control scheme then.

Honestly I dont know why clicks are not registered for you some times. For me it works just fine.

If you want move your camera, you just need to hold your middle mouse button and move mouse. It works better when you are in full screen mode.
