Este es mi cuarto cortometraje animado y es la primera adaptación animada de "Exilio", un cuento corto escrito por Héctor Germán Oesterheld (creador de El Eternauta)

Este triste relato de ciencia ficción retrata los últimos momentos de un astronauta que por razones desconocidas se muda a un planeta donde sus habitantes no dejan de reírse de su peculiar visitante hasta que llega el trágico final de este hombre exiliado por motivos múltiples.

Luego de haber leído el texto original en una clase de literatura, me pareció lo bastante facinante como para adaptarla. Aunque se hicieron cortos independientes de la obra 'El Eternauta', está es la única adaptación de Exilio ya que es un relato que jamás había sido adaptado hasta el 2015 mientras trabajaba en mi primer documental.

This is my fourth animated short film and is the first animated adaptation to "Exile", a short story written by Héctor Germán Oesterheld (creator of The Eternaut)

This sad science fiction story portraits an astronaut's last moments that because unknown reasons he moves to a planet where its habitants don't stop laughing at their peculiar visitor until comes the tragic ending of this man exiled for multiple reasons.

After have read the original text in a literature class, it seemed quite fascinating to me as to adapt it. Although independent short films to The Eternaut were done, this is the only adaptation to Exile since it's a story that was never adapted before until 2015 while I was working on my first documentary.
