Simple and cute little game. You could expand on this further now that you're not under the constraints of a dare.

The itching factor of the game probably could be done away with; all the other functions are autonomous while itching is more conscious so it doesn't really make sense for an itch to kill you; gameplay wise, switching between the keyboard and the mouse is obnoxious. This is a nitpick but the poop button doesn't really stand out a lot, and I think 'p' and 'u' could really be used as keys rather than clicking said buttons.

Final nitpick, the window for relieving yourself covers the breathing/heartbeat meters so you just have to kinda remember where they are while you're going to the bathroom.

Pretty good game. I like the mechanics and how the difficulty doesn't increase too quickly.
