You have a pretty distinctive art style! But you have to understand that drawing and animating are two different disciplines. work more on animating basic colorless shapes and figures and draw all your expression from sheer motion alone. try not to rely on illustration and motion tweens to get your expression across. this should help you out tremendously.

You have a very striking art style, but the animation lacks weight. The heads in particular look like they are floating and moving independently from the body. Also, if you plan on showing this to employers, you may want to put your contact information in the beginning and maybe the software you used so they can contact you.

I hope I didn’t come across too harsh, but animation is a pretty harsh industry and I do feel you have potential as you refine your skills.
