This game doesn't merit superlatives, positive more so than negative. It definitely does have some issues.
1. The key doesn't look like a key. Instead it looks like some odd kitchen utensil. My first run through I died without ever finding the key, probably because I saw it and figured there was no way that was a key.
2. The 'manager' does not seem to come out at any regular interval. My second and third runs I was able to leisurely explore the entire 'warehouse' without getting caught. This is how I found out what the key actually looks like. I only played it three times because I wanted to see this manager. In my first playthrough I saw warehouse items go flying but even when I got caught I saw no other entity in the room with me. I am still in my third playthrough (maybe 15 minutes or more in) and nothing... Does it only come in the first run when you have no idea what you are looking for?
I started a forth time.. reloading the stupid game and the 'manager' came in about 10 seconds after starting the game... And there is no 'manager' to be seen. Again very irregular timing.
3. The music... Ok... first the annoying ass elevator music is annoying. I get that it is there to show that you are safe.. Then the other annoying ass music cuts in and out. Presumably to let you know you are running out of time.. Eventually both of the crappy music tracks are playing on top of each other at full volume... so very, very bad. And again I have not seen the manager yet so... what is the point. Kill the happy music after the boss arrives and do more than a 10 second loop. I understand you are probably using free clips, but I know you can do better than that.
4. No one sets up a warehouse like that. Perhaps you have never been to one, but I bet you have seen one on TV. They tend to be quite orderly..
5. Screw getting a key, there doesn't seem to be a door in the room anyhow.
6. Why can I climb on some things but not others?
7. You have lighting glare on the wooden floors and walls (why does the room have polished wood walls?) but no light source in the room.
8. There is no manager.. After playing the fourth time (gods help me that I bothered) I discovered that there was no manager. Something threw a few items, but nothing that I could see. So the model of nothing that you used better fits as a monster? Yeah usually disembodied entities that throw furniture count as monsters or ghosts or whatever.. But seriously...
Although I did play this a number of times don't mistake that for me having any enjoyment, because alas it sucked. As I said at the beginning this really doesn't deserve any superlatives so I won't call it the lamest game, the worst game, or the dumbest game. But it was pretty bad. Although you try to throw an idea for a story into it, it falls short. The game is broken for subsequent plays, which is fine because the setup feels broken for a single play. The load time doesn't merit the poor graphics or short and poor gameplay. I never played the pre-update version, but I think you still have a long way to go. The game as played from newgrounds (at least for me) gives back a db access error. It would be my guess this is why your manager is invisible. I have seen much more visually interesting and functional games come out of the same engine so I am guessing you need more practice both in the making of games in this engine and the pre-publication prep (so that all of your visuals are available to the user.)
