Looks good! I see a definite improvement in graphics and a huge improvement on the bumpiness of the walk cycle in earlier versions. The walk animation works perfectly in both directions as well! This is some SERIOUS progress from the first one.
Stuff I noticed:
You can no longer read the notes posted on the walls by pressing the E button.
The corridors are SUPER dark when you aren't under the lights. You may want to make it slightly lighter, for visibility.
The top of the character's head makes him look a bit like he has horns. Maybe make his hair a bit longer to fix that.
The buttons could be improved. It's difficult to tell what each one is meant to do without clicking them.
When I go through the door with blood on it, I can't see what's happening very well. Maybe make it a bit less dark.
The rolling object that makes everything turn a bit blue is pretty cool. I don't know what it is, but I like it.
The tree transformation looks good! I like the particle effect you added.
When I ate the poison, the blood under the table disappeared as well.
The ghost thing showing up scared the HECK out of me! :D
EDIT: The green dot allowed me to read the notes on the walls. Making it look more like an eye might help with making the purpose more obvious.
