The animation is jerking around too much, and the characters are sliding around.
Everything's just moving around too fast and it doesn't look natural.

Consider doing some more tutorials. Specifically lighting and rendering. You know how to animate things, now focus on making things look nice. And if you dont want to do that, start with a basic smooth walk cycle. You'll get there!
