This needs "some" polishing.

Very Boring Game, Graphics Are Bad It's Very Unfinished, If A Story Was Added And It Had A Fighting Mechanic Along With Better Graphics This Game Would Be A Lot Better.

i agree with rayben that the controls mess with the window outside of the game, also mine didnt even work so, also instead of making your own creative version of a sprite, you just took nes megaman and gave him a flaming skull. one last thing is what does this have to do with mario?

I'm confused, what do the potions do? the coins? the chest? Can you defeat the enemies? Is there more than one level? an ending? Are there other controls besides ⬅⬆➡?

You're on your way, but I feel it's a bit unfinished.
One major problem is that the window scrolls when I press the arrow keys to control the character. Another thing is I things get cut off at the top of the screen. The red potion for instance, I can only see half of it.
Minor issues are about impression. Small things matter, like make the guy turn around when walking to the left for instance.
