Obviously this is a practice game / work-in-progress, so I'm not going to address everything - no sense in telling you what you already know. There are two things I want to mention, though.

1. It would be nice to just go straight to the next level instead of getting sent back to the home screen

and 2. platformers where the whole level fits on a single screen need some difficulty to be compelling. This is just basic platforming - it literally took less than a minute to beat because there's no challenge, just basic mechanics.

2.5/5 stars because it's got multiple levels, it functions, and because you're willing to try making games and put yourself out there, and that's a cool thing to do.

Maso25 responds:

Yea i think the player should get sent in to the next level instead of out in to the level select but i dont know what i was thinking. Yes a lot of people have told me there needs to be some type of difficulty. and yes it is a practice game im going to release the real one soon.

Any way thanks for playing!

Still needs a lot of work, but it's better than original. Wish you luck!

Maso25 responds:

Thanks!

I'm giving you 4 stars out of respect for the amount of work you put into correcting the glitches from the first game and how fast you got it done. You seem to be aware of the inherent weaknesses of these games, you're clearly working hard to learn the craft, and you're listening to the critiques of players. Stick to that path and I have faith that you'll continue to improve.

There's still a glitch that interferes with the "jump" feature when the character is touching a wall, but the worst one, where touching the ceiling cancelled forward momentum seems to have been solved, so great job with that. The game controls much better. In the future, consider tightening up the range of the jump and making it so that the player controls how high he jumps by how long he holds the button. The level design is very simple, but it's fundamentally better than in the last game.

There are also some editorial/spelling errors, but that's negligible at this stage.

Really, keep at it. If you have the passion to excel at this, patience and hard work will get you there.

Maso25 responds:

I am aware of the Glitches And my physic systems are buged i am trying to fix it for the next game
Thanks for playing!

It's a huge iprovement over your last game, but you could add some enemies, puzzles or unique movement mechanics to make the gameplay a little more interesting, 'cause walking and jumping isn't enough to make your game stand out among other platformers.

Maso25 responds:

Thank you for playing both of them *if you did play the first one
The third one is planed to have puzzles and npc that can kill the player

A massive improvement to the original
