Interesting concept. At first I thought it would get boring, but each stage brings a different challenge. Would be nice to have a status bar or something, to tell what stage you're on and how long you've survived for.

Try not to explode!
I feel like this would be more fun if everything moved a bit faster and the sprites were a bit smaller to compensate.
