I understand if creators get fined for rating "non kid friendly content" incorrectly but they can also get fined if rate "kid friendly content" incorrectly?

I assumed they were just adding more rules so they can delete channels that don't agree with their political agenda. But they're saying they can fine people on top of that?

Anyone making a 'cartoon' or 'animation' should probably be a little worried, yeah?
