If you want this to feel a bit more tranquil, you could slow the dolly speed down a lot. If you do, you could do jump cuts (2 or 3) where the camera jumps forward to keep the overall scene time short. This is a very common technique in trailers and movies. The slow movement builds tension and the jump cut breaks the monotone movement. I would also recommend not stopping the movement of the camera without cutting to a different perspective.
