Short review: Nothing new, has been done better.
I'm guessing the instructions were written by a non-english speaker but it plays like most of these games. The linking is sluggish but since this seems to be aimed at children, I'd let it slide.
There needs to be somewhere you can check which words have already been guessed though.
One nitpick: I get annoyed by "meaningless word", especially legitimate words not in the game's dictionary.

Word Scramble, Cross-Word and Word Making, all have been put together in this interesting game. To create a word, move the pointer on the different words on left panel.
