Try adding more detail to your drawings and more actual frames instead of each frame being a different shot. It's hard to make out what's happening, cause there's a lot of parts where the background is just missing and I can't understand what pretty much any object shown is. Also, how did Phil Eggtree get... psychic powers? You never explained that, and if you did, I didn't get it. The music cutting out also isn't great, though I do have to give you credit for syncing some of the visuals to it. Bottom line, make the drawings more detailed, try animating with frames in the same shot more and try to make the music presence more consistent.
