You should really go FULLSCREEN for a smooth experience.
Default Controls:
Left Paddle: WASD
Right Paddle: ←↑→↓
This is yet another Pong remake. Yeah, I know, not much of an "idea", but you can customize pretty much everything within the pause menu, accessed with something called a "space bar" (or P, or even ESC).
'Bong!' also features an assortment of deep inspirational quotes from the wisest of authors, plus an awesome soundtrack composed by Kevin MacLeod from Incompetech! Songs might take a while to load, though, but it's worth the wait: they're all high-quality and stuff.
I made this game while I was getting the hang of Construct 3. I wanted to start simple and Pong was literally two paddles hitting a ball, so I started from there. The bongs, the soundtrack, the quotes and the customization panel all came later, as an attempt to bring something new to the table (see what I did there?). I'll keep fixing bugs and adding more content, so don't forget to check back once in a while.

You did a lot right here. I do see what you did there, very clever. :^P The major flaw is not preventing the page from scrolling when you use the arrow keys. It won't affect everyone, but enough people will be affected that I see it already came up in another review. This isn't hard to lock. There IS a WORKAROUND though! You cleverly made the game customizable to the point that I DON'T have to keep those keys as controls. Changing that made the game playable. Your built in customization defeats your bug, so nice work. The quotes were funny. I liked being able to change the color scheme. it's a small detail but I liked it. For a Pong remake, this was pretty good. It didn't try to be something it wasn't, and really shows creative flair. If you fix that scroll problem, I'd honestly add another star.

Wow, my first big review! Many thanks, LuckyPuck, really! This scrolling issue brought me some bad juju. I insist that people go Fullscreen to avoid it, but I'll still fix it anyway, it's so annoying. Keep coming back for updates and thanks for playing!

only issue is: Why does the screen scroll when using player 2 controls?

Thanks for the compliment! About this issue, I'm working on it. For some reason the usual trick to lock browser shortcuts didn't work, and I'm a bit puzzled. Which is good, 'cause I like puzzles. I hope you come back soon, next update won't be long!
