Great ideas!!!
However, i cant say the same thing about the animation. The fps is wonky the characters are weird looking and the backgrounds are colored poorly.
For the character, he has this line coming from the point of his chin all the way to his hair. A common problem with many artists is that they use the hair as a means to end lines they wouldn't know how to end otherwise.
A good fix is to look up "anime/ manga profile shot" (i assume you're going for an anime style.) that line should actually go up to finish the jaw. (you actually had it in one of the yawning frames.) the jaw end should just be closer to the chin.
The body shape in general is all out of wack. Just practice anatomy and you'll see some improvement. (this process is long and boring)
The hair inst too bad actually! However i should note that the front of his hair ends too soon and should stick out a bit more. It makes his forehead look malformed. Draw bald heads. this will help with the hair issue as well as the jaw issue as well. Then, for a while, every time you draw a character, have a layer under that with a bald version.
Now, the background.
The sun is visible in many shots, so shadows are needed. The colors and shapes you used don't show depth besides the road which makes it feel weird.
The colors are flat which give it a lazy feel.
I seriously cannot tell if the sign is in front of or behind the character.
With all that, its not bad! I really want to see you follow through with my advice. I look forward to seeing you improve. You can really become an amazing animator with some effort and practice! Please don't take this as too harsh! I'm really trying to help you.
