It really has potential, but there's a few issues that makes the gameplay impossible currently:
1- once you get to the end of the first contract, the level just skyrockets without the actual amount of packets resetting to the amount needed for the next contract.
2- there's no way in the game to sell things when you see you've made a mistake and are spending way more than you're actual income. If it's not already the case, I would suggest working on that as soon as possible.
3- once you get into the negative as your value, you can't do anything anymore as using the crane costs 100$ you don't have. Also, since you're stealing from larry, is it not logical that you would make as much per packets as he does? I doubt he only makes 50$ per packet if he's at 80K value.
With all that said, there's alot of good in this game. For exemple, The fact that you need managers for employees to be accessible is really nice. Also, the goal is really clear and this feels like a trial and error kind of game that can become very complex really fast. Which is really nice too.
All in all, don't be discouraged by negative criticism as you're actually creating something and there's a lot of things that are great about your game. Most important of all, I hope you're having fun while progressing through this project of yours :)
