I was BEYOND stoked to work on this short. PSES (The Purple Shirted Eye Stabber) is a fan favorite, and I got to handle a few scenes that had him in the finale of Season 3 of the show, but now I got to do an animatic that fully featured him. It was a great honor!

I neglected to go back and update the super roughs (with the Madness models) in a couple of shots, because I was fully focusing on other sequences like the bush-stab thing, the tree thing, the montage, and getting the final punchline to work.

This thing was filled with the Doom 2016 soundtrack for temp in the beginning, then Ren & Stimpy temp music, and I found a collage of overused stock scream sound effects (all of which I loved) and I put in as many of them as possible because COME ON, THAT SHIT'S FUN AS HELL.

This whole short was fun as hell. The deadline on it was tight, I think I knocked this out in two weeks, but it was very very fun and gratifying. Bill Jones and I once again cameo as cops at the end, just like The World's Greatest Detective.
