Nostalgia for sure. I was the king of the PH buffet and actually enjoyed doing it....until people would come up and request a pizza that was different from the 6 varieties already out there. What was funnier though was when I would underestimate the number of pizzas needed. Those suckers took a good 7 minutes to cook, so you'd see a bunch of hungry people literally standing by the buffet table, and they would almost fight when one pizza was served out.
