By this time, I think I had completely weened off of the antidepressants, and I was ready to bounce back in a big way- so I went ham on the dark backgrounds.

Like I've mentioned before, I love doing creepy shit, so making the oppressively lit farm road and dramatic lighting with the car and the headlights and such was a joy. I loved the dragging chainsaw shot and the show where the headlights illuminate him and he gives that little head tilt.

Mike made slight adjustments on this animatic, including the rate of the car POV zoom-in, and the timing for how he waits for a beat, then simply walks around to the side of the car. Mike also added the text to Bill's narration talking about the car, but everything else was me working out my problems into a flash about murder, lmfao.

Since this is a direct sequel (or aligned with Don't Talk) they let my horror-font be the splash image again, and I'm super proud of that. They also kept my fake car company logo pretty much intact for the final version! I made that up on the fly.
