I felt animation a little bit stiff, specially when characters are talking, it seems that a simple mouth animation is used.

I like the fanservice scenes.

Something that you might want to work on is the composition of your scenes. A little variety could go a long way and you seem to use a lot of full-shots when cowboy-shots or three-quarters might be more appropiate. In general not a fan of the group shots either, the execution of the triangle composition for example is way too cramped and some scenes have to much weight on some sides.

Oh it's bad all right

Animation is fantastic as is the art and style, the slapstick is really good, but in other moments the animation and flow could be snappier. The writing didn't land some of the time, pacing is a bit slow, but I like the idea of something like a slice of life "sitcom" with these characters, it would need a more cohesive direction with a stronger plot so the skits work together better.
