I can see that you've put a lot of effort into this game, but I don't think it was polished enough to be published yet. I think that you should maybe spend more time on the mechanics of the game before you try to tackle graphics/sound effects/music. the game was also quite loud.

Overall I like the idea of what this game could be. its seems like it needs more care, though.

Unless this is a POV epileptic seizure simulator, I'd say it needs some polish. And by some I mean all the polish in the world.

Start with having a point to your game, then work from there.
