bug:
in Level 1-6, you can go into the black "outside" of the level if you walk on the stone tiles "street" that is 2 tiles wide. (not sure if this is intended so I didn´t check out further if you placed a secret there, I didn´t want the game to break by walking out of bounds or sth.)
suggestions:
- The music needs to change, it is too repetetive (every 6 seconds or so) and too loud. You need a 1 minute song. Try to go just for ambient, there is no need for music. Check out the very old game Terror from the deep music (it was underwater setting, though) (btw, that game is VERY cool still today)

- The bats coming in 1-7 are bit too fast to "normally" target. spray and pray helps, however your clicking finger starts to hurt here. Time to find an automatic rifle!
- The "outside" levels show eart terrain - for it is another planet, you should maybe for a more "alienlike" design instead of grass and pinewood trees.
- put a "total" score behind the score (summing up the score from all levels)
- add a kill-counter so we see how many bugs, bats and aliens we vanquished!
- The gameplay, otherwise, is fine! Good job here! I stopped playing in level 2-2 because it got too repetetive. This can be avoided by conversation: give your character a little hand-held computer that talks with him ~ every 3 levels, so we players are more willing to follow the story! It was interesting to see the other ships landing, the handheld "companion"-AI could comment this "hmm, it seems that more hostiles have landed ... I wonder what they are up to?"
