Well your facial animations is good, need to work on everything else. The audio quality of the voice needs to be improved as there is background noise and audible snow(Similar to the snow on old TVs with no signal, but audio with sensitive mics). Keep it up, and soon you have a full animation of your own.

Hi guys ! So this is my first attempt at Character Animation... Mainly focussing on facial animations. Hope it will get better with more and more practice.
