Good game, but there is a sharp drop off in skill around lvl 100. Though, once you hit the later levels of eradicator scorpion the difficulty shoots up massively immediately disabling your shields and surrounding you with instakills even while wearing the shield. Worked for about half an hour grinding and fighting the eternal scorpapede, gave up after finding out that it is not the final form but has multiple color forms like its predecessors. At this point I am almost lvl 800 and feel as though it is impossible at this point.

Pilot your ship as your face off against the last boss first. Kill enemies, gain experience and level up. Use skill points to strengthened your arsenal and bring the boss to his knees.

Hey, yes the difficulty is very hard near the end of the game. The game has been beaten without cheats, it just took awhile. Glad you enjoyed it up until it became too difficult. Thank you for the feedback.
I love it so far (level 25 now (white 2 armed boss)
Keys for upgrades are
c = auto fire,
w = shield (press to hold)
s = rockets
a = laser
Seems a bit of an odd combination, for a qwert keyboard =')

Man, I remember when the first cocoon actually took time to defeat lol. Pretty nice game here. I hope to see it on the front page. The only changes I'd like to see are better visuals, and the ability to just press a key to leave the upgrade screen, rather than having to click it. It'd just be faster that way.

Hey thanks for the feedback, unfortunately the better art was done by the artist and the not so good art was me attempting to do art. All the phases of the boss are actually the first phase but cut and reassembled. When the artist has more free time, I'll ask him yo give the game's visuals a boost. I'll add the key press for better efficiency.
