Animation seems to me going for a static shot and comic book kind of thing, but it doesn't fully embrace it. I would go for more dramatic shots and better sound effects, you need to make that shit pop. Character and plot seem generic, but it's not a bad pursuit. Keep on going, you look like you have some potential.
