you did a great job showing me all that was important, I found myself picking it up right away, you did a good job introducing one hazard and then the next and then both at the same time to properly accommodate the difficulty, I could tell easily that the enemies are damaging if i go near them and the life was easily discernible, and the last little RUN at the end there I found very amusing as it kinda reminded me of Super mario 3 where you kinda run and jump at the pole at the end
That being said
The spikes were very arbitrarily placed, with little consistency and were kinda just all over the place, the moving spikes had one that was just under the level
The instructions kinda lingered for too long
when you climb ledges you kinda get stuck and can mess with jumping afterwards
the music does JUST enough to get the job done but you're on the right track
The points have no value but this is extremely minor
Overall I liked it, its simple enough and easy to read

this is just a game made for for fun. So no need to complain that: "give the PC an actual function" beacause this is only a simple html5 game. it doesn't make it imune critisism but still have that in mind.
The control is terrible. The music is annoying. The arrow keys didn't work. WASD did. So the instructions were faulty. A game being "made for fun" doesn't exempt you from a low score for it if it is badly made.
As I said it doesn't make it imune to critism but the thing, I don't want people to expect every game that somebody made to be the greatest thing made, and if it's not say that it is a waste of computer's potencial power.
