Pixel Art graphics have the best ability to stand the test of time. That is why they are used so often. As with most games, you should include a way to remap the controls. Adding more attacks and power ups would help with the combat.
Hermit the lone sluggish caterpillar of the Sea is looking for a new home, if only it weren't for those annoying sea creatures. Help hermit defend his home using the power of shells.
Left/Right Arrow - left Joystick (XBox): Move Hermit
Up Arrow - Y-Button (XBox): exit/enter shell
F- X-Button (XBox): activate shell ability
Space- A-Button (XBox): jump
Down Arrow- B-Button (XBox): use shell as a shelter
There are 2 types of shells with 2 different abilities, use them wisely.

Fun concept, but needs more refinement in every area.
Fun game with a good concept!
Only issues I ran into were the hitboxes of the crabs not being very forgiving and the controls felling a bit "off" as well. Maybe with the possibility of remapping the keys, this would make it flow more.
