fun and challenging definitely had me concentrated haha although checkpoints and perhaps double jump/other powerups would benefit gameplay
Controls:
Right Arrow Key moves right,
Left Arrow Key moves left,
Up Arrow Key to jump.
You play as Yumo, a lost spirit in a strange world. Help Yumo find the portal to escape.
Press Blue Square in bottom left for full screen!
I have had a lot of reviews telling me to add checkpoints but I am new to game making and am unaware on how to make them. If you know how to add checkpoints please contact me.

good game but i think you should add:
-checkpoints
-items
-more traps
-enemies
i think this plat-former can be improved with a couple more tweaks
So... I'm not insulting the game or anything, but i have some ideas to improve this.
1.Some animation for Yumo. I mean, at least one or two frames.
2.Checkpoints! I know this is a common suggestion, but it's fair.
3.Pause and Music. there could be a button in the corner to pause, and in that menu, there could be a music option(for music/no music.)
4. More + shorter levels. I would like the game a bit more if there was a hub area that you can enter shorter levels through. There could be a sort of save tower(maybe the hub is a town?)
I understand how hard it would be to code without lots of experience(I can tell you aren't a trained professional(maybe). No offense.)Otherwise, I really like this game. I'm sorry for putting up these in case they offend you in some way, but these are goals that you should reach for if you want do be a game developer full time.
I like the game graphics and music, and also the placement of cetain elements in certain position. But one thing thats been bugging me is save points. I'm rating this game 2.5 as it has no save points but certainly will play again if it had some!
Not a bad game but it does have some flaws needing to be worked out:
- Tree graphics look like they were copied and pasted along with messy.
- No save points, it is one long level but a save point every 1/3rd of the way would be nice at least
The music and other graphics were not bad. The controls do not feel clunky. The platforming can be a bit difficult at times though. Took a little time to finish the level itself. Hope future games are improved.
