I like the concept. You could expand on it with power ups yielding antibiotic resistance, mutations, recombination with other bacterial strains et cetera.

The game itself is rather bland, but the concept of a bacterium invading the body has potential.

Levels could be trying to infect different organs, taking different paths, dodging antibiotics and white blood cells.

Perhaps you could 'mutate' giving you new abilities.

Interesting endless runner, the music is catchy. The only problem is that there are a couple of tiny bugs.
