Holy shit am I excited to be back on Newgrounds!
I've been in and out of here for the past decade but this is the first time that I'm posting up something under my own name. Watching random animated web-series here in the early 2000s was the thing that made me want to become a writer in the first place. It's surreal to be able to post up on the website that made all of this happen.

This was nice
The story was really good here the visuals very nice not a lot of animation and as this is the portal , it was an entertaining piece the artwork was nice, wish there was more animation like on the mouths as they talk and such, but besides that this was pretty good work here some very deep storylines and nice art detail.

I saw you watched the fifth episode in early February, reckon the series gets better as the episodes go on :)
Love the premise and I found it quite funny. I cannot rate it better because, in the end, it's not truly an animation but an animatic. If you could get someone to animate this... Dude, it'd be awesome.
I particularly liked the two brutes with unintelligible dialogues, the candid nature of some of the characters and the voice acting.
Thanks for the feedback yo! Grock and Ruck, the two truck drivers, are definitely my second proudest moment from this show. The last scene in episode 4 kind of trumps them :D
The nature of the show as an animatic is a combination of cost and timing, animatics are infinitely quicker and thus cheaper to make. Hopefully we'll put together an animation somewhere down the line, but for the time being it's too much of a time commitment.

I’m afraid I don’t have a US citizenship :(
With some of the scenes the still images almost make it seem more like an animatic than an animation, but most of the time it goes well with the style. Was wondering where it would all lead after that introduction, and the random character introductions thereafter... sorry the dude with the banana had to be sacrificed for progress to be made but... seems to be getting interesting now!
Looking forward to seeing how this all pans out. My kind of comedy. The guys in the truck too: class.

The animatic look was intended, the original scope of the project was completely in animatic form but as time went on we added a bit of motion to make the visuals flow better.
Happy you're enjoying the story, it goes some pretty weird places pretty quickly.
