An Animation About Tinnitus

This was my second-to-final student animation, and a "fun" research project into an issue I've lived with for a while.

If you think you've got this condition, the American Tinnitus Association has plenty of resources and answers to any questions you may have: https://www.ata.org/

Music Used:
Vintage (Party Rock Instrumental) by C-Doc.

All sound effects from Freesound.org,
with the exception of the ringing, which was downloaded from the American Tinnitus Association's educational examples on the condition.

well that was informative
thanks
didn't know that's what that ringing was

Zerocracy20XX responds:

I'm glad it was informative :) And I only started looking into this stuff the past few months, out of curiousity.

Haha, gotcha! Animation is pretty good

Congratulations on raising awareness about this subject!

Zerocracy20XX responds:

Aw, thanks! If it gets one person to protect their hearing or get a checkup, then I've done my job.

Before I saw this video - was going to let tinnitus drown out my life. But this video made my change my mind. What an empowering and brave video.

Zerocracy20XX responds:

I'm glad that the video reassured you. Yeah, it's an irritating thing to live with, but medicine is only getting better. If it helps, I've had it for a decade, and I'm still okay.
