I don't want to discourage you, because there is a certain innocence to your content that is admirable, and some of the movement just verges on the cusp of being good. Your outro, for instance, is pretty good. How you mapped the dragon's head moving is what I'm talking about. You nailed the foreshortening of the eye symbols along the oblong shape of his head.
The design of Larry works too. I don't like the particular blues that you used, but it's not a bad design at all. The facial expressions he makes occasionally animate a little funky, but look good when not in motion.
From artist to artist, if I were to recommend one thing, it's this. Your designs are simple, so embrace the way all surgical designs work in motion and learn how to EXACTLY represent the 3d shapes that constitute the character. Don't take shortcuts because you only drew one drawing and just tween the toes under the pant leg. The toes are their own spheres, you need to treat them like they have volume. (This applies to other cycles like the hand knocking, and the mouth sliding across the face, I'm simply using the toes as an example for a larger problem I'm noticing)
You're not bad, you just haven't hit the movement I see you attempting. You're so close.
