Good music, decent visuals as far as the tiles and their slight bouncing goes, interesting concept. Could do with a 1 minute tutorial though. At least a little info page.

Save as much cities as you can from the rapidly spreading infection. Sacrifice cities, contain water ways, place quarantines and contain the virus.
Downfall is a simplistic puzzle game, where you can place quarantine on tiles to contain the infection. Beware of the severs which can quickly spread the virus over long distances, industry zones which spreads the virus farther, and rivers that quickly spreads the virus along the way.
HOW TO PLAY
Left click to place quarantine zones, in any non-infected tiles.
Each turn every Infected tile spreads to each highlighted adjacent tiles that are not under quarantine.
Stop the virus from spreading to your cities. Save three cities to get three stars.
Watch out for special tiles like industrial zones, sewage, or rivers, which can spread the virus faster.

This game is actually pretty neat! I was a little confused at first, but its actually pretty addictive. Awesome job and keep up the great work! ^^
cool game, but it doesn't save so I had to play all the levels again.
I'm going back through my game reviews and adjusting some of the things I've said, and after replaying the game for a few rounds I realize why I was so confused. they have the instructions and explanation in the "Author Comments" area, the game is enjoyable once you understand what you're supposed to be doing. I suggest adding a little explanation in the mini tutorial area. overall it was a good game.
Now THIS is something worth, DESERVING, selling on steam for 3 bucks :) Love it!
I gave up at lvl 24 just because I was tired =]
