It doesn't make much sense for the production buildings to have a submenu if there's only one option in that submenu. It's a pretty good game as a prototype, and a neat idea!

rhewid responds:

Thanks for the feedback! Yes the submenus were planned to have multiple options but I encountered a bug that I couldn't fix at that time so there were no extra options.

At the beginning there is sense of tension but that quickly dies out as you go on. Needs sound effects and/or music.

rhewid responds:

Thanks for the feedback! Yes I agree the balancing needs some tweeking and sound effects + music are needed and will be implemented in the post jam version.

very repetitive with out much going on.

but the biggest downer there is no pause button. if time is a issue there should be a pause option

rhewid responds:

Thanks for the feedback! Thats true, a pause button will be added in the new version.

Not bad, though, I can think of a couple of things that you might want to change to make it a bit more enjoyable. Adding a bias against a resource that was chosen before, so there is a lower chance of it being chosen. I've also encountered the problem of some buttons not working properly when I upgrade them too high. So it might pay to check if they're hooked up right, as the bottom left one of the upgrade buttons doesn't take your money after a certain point and the one next to it looks like you can keep upgrading, but you can't. Aside from that, there seems to be a couple of issues with sprites not lining up during animations, and not being sized the same in comparison to other pieces. It might be a good idea to add more expressions on the devil, as it would give him more character. An example would be to make him grin when you sacrifice to him.

Other than that, pretty fun for what it was. Managed to get up to 88 sacrifices before I commented.

rhewid responds:

Thank you for your feedback! The idea with adding a bias is really good. Checked the buttons and indeed I forgot to hook up the extra money. The other issues regarding the buttons were fixed too as some others mentioned it on their feedback too. You are right, there were a couple of issues with my sprites especially the egg. Your idea to add more expressions to the devils face is indeed very good and I will consider adding it, at least the grin face on sacrficing an item.

Your more money and production upgrades both need fixing. Both upgrades don't actually cost you anything. In addition, the more money upgrade does not result in more money.
