i can tell its one of your first games but its genuine fun to play. having to go back to the menu every time you die is a bit annoying though and you dont die when falling to the bottom of the screen or when going offscreen but other than that there is no problems with this game (also the double jump boots are usable before the sacrifice)

You are trapped in a deep and dangerous cave with only a demon for help. To get out alive, you must make sacrifices.
Controls:
Arrow Keys/WASD: Move, jump, climb vines.
This game was made in 48 hours as part of the Ludum Dare 43 Game Jam Compo. (Unofficial submission.) The theme was "Sacrifices must be made." I didn't finish it, but I decided to post this by the deadline anyway. Some features may be minimalist or missing. I might release an improved version sometime after the contest is over.

I got the good ending! I know there is no different endings but Since i beat the game without double jump I'm not really sure if it was intended or not. Yeah I'm not really sure how I made it past that guy It took my like 2-3 attempts to do it and I started to give up after the 2nd.

Congragulations! No, that wasn't intended. The enemy under the block on level 7 was supposed to be impossible to get past without a special ability, but I guess I miscalculated. Still, nice work and nice skills!
Neat idea, would be cool to see it expanded upon.
Once I discovered you can double jump, the whole game was a cheat. Improvement would be great in all areas. I never once used the dash boots.
