Needs more animation.

To me it honestly belongs more to the art portal, since there is not much actual movement going on, but It looks like it coulkd be a part of actual animation so I guess as a test it's done fairly good.

I'd look into animating more naturally-moving rain loops, but I love the character's art style and colors/shading.

Keep animating, perhaps some day you'll make a complete video like this kinda stuff!
