Without the ability to move left/right (i.e. single button), it becomes a simple game of chance (running into wandering zombies). You should change that and probably add sound.

A virus has spread in the city, and our hotel is in danger! You have been tasked with wielding the golden card, and opening doors where people are trapped. Jump over the doors that look suspicious, as zombies are hiding there! can you do it? Can you free all the captives, and defeat the huge zombie boss?
