the difficulty does not do anything but increase how much much money you will get if you kill all zombies. knife is good, guns do well overall a good game but increase difficulty means less money per zombie and more health per zombie.

But zombies not only increase their health and the amount in their groups, but also strenght (After the 10. wave) and movement speed.
The knife is so short range.
