Felt like portaying the patterns of my thoughts when I can't sleep for literally hours, As i am sure some out there will relate if not all the time at some point where they hit this issue - Thanks for watching

1.Don't drink coffee. While more socially acceptable it's prolonged use creates cumulative negative effects of equal magnitude to soft drugs like marijuana. The negative effects being very different of course, but the magnitude of health problems being the same.

2.Read some philosophy and psychology books, so that when you do have time to think - you would have material to think something smart that can bring value to your life - not random gibberish.
