The humor isn't bad, but not overly funny.
The story was easy to follow.

This reminded me more of an animatic instead of an animation.
This needs more frames, maybe with the lipsync.

I can't even, and I can't even understand what the plot is, or the characters, or how this funny! It's just, bad, I'm being hipness, and it's bad.

Keep practicing.
The humor is pretty flat, did you find it funny yourself? The sound is pretty glaring, I can hear your computer's fan. If you can't afford a proper mic setup, you could use the forum to find a voice actor, or use post production to add some noise correction. Also, your voice acting is a bit hesitant/shy, don't be afraid to just go all in, half of comedy is delivery, so you gotta get more into it. The animation is beginner level, but it's okay for beginner content, so just keep practicing and you might get really good at it.
Don't get discouraged though, you made something, that's cool.
