i'm asking out of pure curiosity: why did you force the player to move their hand between the mouse and keyboard?

I apologies it's not intentional. I was focusing more on the mobile version of the game and I didn't see it as inconvenient back then. Now I know. Thank you.
This is pretty good. Solid controls, nice graphics and sounds. It's also a nice concept, even if it feels a little bit done.
There are two main things I'd like to see improved.
- The timer starts to fast. You could use a longer delay, but I think the best solution is to start the timer when player start moving.
- I found it a bit annoying to try to figure out the new controls. I really had to stop, look and think, which doesn't feel like the games purpose. It overcomplicates things and prevent you from focusing on speed. There are a few different ways that this could be improved. One is that you will see how the NEXT configuration will be well in advance. Another is to just use four different categories of controls: Normal, Flip RL, Flip UD, and Flip both. Both of these could be combined. In general, I think it gets too much when a vertical direction is flipped with a horizontal. But one compromise could be to make this a hard mode.
A minor thing is that since this game is controlled with keyboard only, you should add an option to start and restart via the keyboard. It's annoying to reach for the mouse each time you die.
Another minor thing is that some levels have dead ends. I don't think the game benefits from that kind of level design, because that will basically only be an annoying problem the first time you try a level.
Thank you for your amazing feedback! This will definitely improve the game!
