The dick figures animation style, i love it.

Very interesting. Straight away it very much reminds me of Dick Figures. Not exactly the most complicated piece of animation I've seen today, but I gotta say, it's very nicely written.
The dialogue is super-charming <3 Not to mention Giana sounds great

The concept is okay, but the animation is, for the most part, annoyingly choppy. The voice acting for the main character is pretty good, but the teacher, dad, and friend voice was so quiet and disinterested it was hard to understand. Also that bully girl is very cliche and her voice is so over-the-top and (I believe) unintentionally silly. There's also a problem with the characters being see-through and the main character's boobs looking like they're on her sides. Maybe you could find a way to make them stick out forward more. It's a weird criticism, but still. The line of "When did I turn into Superman!?" was pretty funny, mainly because of the voice actress' delivery. The ending was also pretty funny, though I'm not sure what exactly they would have seen, most likely just a blur running into the room, though maybe they could have overheard her.
Overall not very funny or original, but there is some potential in it and the main character's voice actress was pretty good. Try making the animation a bit smoother, too.
